We want you and your swimmer to love The Swim Diary. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. If you change your mind, please contact us at hello@inattentivediaries.com before sending anything back. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Send us a photo of the issue at hello@inattentivediaries.com and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and fairness reasons, items that have been written in, used, or personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
