Refund policy
We want you to love your Inattentive Diaries purchase!
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@inattentivediaries.com with your order number and photos.
We’ll replace or refund items that are faulty or damaged during shipping.
Because our products are educational and often opened or used by children, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind once items are opened.
Returns must be in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product was faulty.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
